At this time Bottom Line Tools provides shipping using UPS Ground services, we will shortly be adding FedEx ground services to provide our customers with more options.
DAMAGE:
Occasionally a product will become damaged during shipping. If your delivery reached you in damaged condition, please contact the shipping company who handled your order. For UPS dial 1.800.PICKUPS; for FedEx call 1.800.GOFEDEX. Any delay may cause you a loss. Do not deduct any shortages or damages from remittance due to Seller.
RETURNED MERCHANDISE:
CUSTOMER must have prior authorization with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) before returning merchandise for credit. RMA numbers are valid for 30 days. Acceptance of merchandise is final only after inspection. No RMA numbers will be issued for merchandise over 90 days old. Transportation charges must be prepaid. A 10-25% restocking fee will be charged on approved returns in unopened boxes. 25% minimum for tools which have been opened but still in original saleable factory carton with all packaging etc. No credit will be issued for any used tool. Upon receipt of RMA for return on tools, repack all returns in another shipping box for labeling, etc. Special order items can not be returned for credit. Any returned merchandise received that does not follow or otherwise does not meet this policy, will be returned to the Buyer freight collect. Deduct credit only after recipt of credit memo. No special order item can be cancelled after an order is placed with the factory.
CLOSEOUTS:
Closeouts are Great Buys and Prices are Reduced. All Closeout Tools are ABSOLUTELY nonreturnable and NO CREDITS will be given on Closeouts.
WARRANTY:
NO return will be allowed for used or defective tools. Contact your nearest factory service center for factory warranties. Do not return defective tools to this office unless prior factory authorization has been given. All warranties are governed by factory warranties.
DEFECTIVE TOOLS:
Bottom Line Tools handles disposition of initially defective tools as a COURTESY to our Customers. Freight is the responsiblity of our Customer to either return to specified adress (with Prior RMA) or to the respective Factory Service Center.
